To Commission a Sculpture

Please allow time for commissions, depending on the size and complexity of the piece it can take up to several weeks and will be costed accordingly.

Commissions are dealt with on an individual basis. If you would like to discuss a commission, or would like some advice, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I am more than happy to discuss any ideas you may have.

I take a 50% non-returnable deposit before commencement of the sculpture. The final amount is payable before delivery of the artwork. A 100% payment in advance is asked for overseas customers.

Due to the nature of commissioned items unless they arrive damaged or defective, I cannot accept returns.

Delivery

Delivery costs vary due to size, weight and destination address. I quote delivery costs following receipt of an enquiry.

Items will not be dispatched until full payment has been received and cleared.

Please provide me with your full name, email address, phone number and postal address where the sculpture is to be sent and someone is able to sign for delivery.

Please inspect any received package and the Artwork thoroughly before accepting/signing for it.

You MUST make note of any damage on the delivery paperwork and have the courier record the details. If you DO NOT couriers will record that the package was delivered in good condition.

Please contact me straight away if any damage is noticed and I will contact the courier.

Returns

I accept the return of any goods sent back to me within 28 days of receipt (14 days to cancel then 14 days to return) for any reason, provided they are returned in the condition they were received, by a reputable carrier and at your expense. Once the sculpture arrives back a 100% refund is given.

The exception to this is for Artwork that has been commissioned, for which I take a non-returnable deposit before commencement of the sculpture. A 100% payment in advance is asked for overseas customers. The sculpture is delivered after receipt of the final payment.

I suggest any items returned are also insured (check terms with the carrier) as I am unable to refund monies for items which are lost or damaged in transit. Please note all sculptures must be packaged in the same way that I sent the item to protect them in transit.
